Turn on call forwarding

  1. Go to the Forwarding section.
  2. Select the type of forwarding you want to use.
    1. Immediately: Forward all calls to the number you specify.
    2. Busy/No Answer: Forward calls if no one answers the incoming call.
    3. Unavailable: Forward calls if the PBX is unavailable due to a power outage or other issues.
    4. Selected Callers: Forward calls to the PBX immediately if they are from selected callers. Note you must use the Edit List button to choose what caller numbers will be sent to a call forward.
    5. Forwarding Destinations: Allows you to configure where your forwarding services route to by name rather than number.
  3. Click Apply.
