Make a Call

CommPortal

When you are in the CommPortal, you have the option to dial a number or contact via the online portal rather than your desk phone equipment keypad.

  1. On the CommPortal dashboard, click Make a Call.
  2. Enter the number or choose a contact you’d like to call. Click Dial.
  3. Pick up your desk phone equipment to participate in the call.
