1. Click on one of the buttons above to download the software for your operating system.
2. Once the file has downloaded, click Run or open the Installer to begin the installation process.
3. If you are on a PC, follow the prompts to set application settings, and click Install. If you are on a Mac, click and drag the Midco Softphone file into your applications folder to begin the installation process.
   • Once the installation is complete, Midco Softphone will open automatically. If it does not, use your File Explorer or Finder to find Midco Softphone. 

1. Enter your 10-digit number.
2. Enter your case-sensitive password provided by Midco. If Softphone has already been installed on another device, the password will be the same as the initial device. This is also the password used for CommPortal access.
3. Click Login.
4. Read through the End User License agreement, and click Accept.
