Collect Calls

Depending on where the collect call originates, some collect calls may be passed through Midco and others are billed directly from another provider. If the call is passed through Midco, a charge will appear on your monthly Midco statement.

Midco can only block collect calls made from callers using AT&T or Sprint as their telephone provider. To block collect calls made through these providers, contact Midco customer service. There is a one-time charge to set up collect call blocking from these providers.

To ensure all collect calls are blocked from any provider, we recommend that you contact 3G Collect at 1.914.873.0749 to request a block be added for your phone number. Additional charges from that provider may apply.
