Distinctive Ring

Distinctive ring enables you to program up to 10 telephone numbers to each have their own distinctive ringtone when those numbers call your business. Distinctive ring can help you quickly identify when priority callers are trying to reach you.

There is a monthly fee for distinctive ring.

To activate distinctive ring:

1. After a call has ended with one of the numbers you’d like to have a distinctive ring, dial *61 on your touch-tone phone.
2. Follow the recorded instructions.

These instructions must be followed for each telephone number you’d like to have a distinctive ring for incoming calls.

To deactivate distinctive ring:

1. After a call has ended with one of the numbers you’d like to turn off distinctive ring for, dial *61 on your touch-tone phone.
2. Follow the recorded instructions.

These instructions must be followed for each telephone number you’d like to turn off the distinctive ring for incoming calls.
